- Please pick up towels and mats in the pool area every night and store them inside the house.
- Responsibility for damages:

Any damage caused to the property will be the responsibility of the guest, in case of not declaring the damage caused and proving the same, we will proceed to the collection of the Guarantee Deposit agreed in the reservation of the stay.
- At the end of the stay the guests will have to pick up the garbage. There is a bucket for each kind of garbage. They will have to throw the bags in the corresponding container,located in front of the same entrance of the house. Guests who do not throw their garbagethe garbage cans will be penalized with a penalty of 300 eur.

- Respect for the staff:
Inevitably there will be times of the day when our staff will access the property for cleaning, gardening, swimming pool maintenance, etc. The day of the delivery of keys the schedules and days in which this team will access the property will be communicated ahead of time.
